The image processor 110 cuts out the same region of interest present on the oven wall surface from each of at least two images among the series of inside images of the oven and the images of the oven wall surface having been formed, to form an inspection image of the region of interest according to the partial image having been cut out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
