To provide an active energy ray-curable adhesive composition, preferably an active energy ray-curable adhesive composition for a plastic sheet-like substrate, which has excellent workability with dripping suppressed, has excellent adhesiveness to various adherends, especially shows sufficient adhesive strength even when a gap between adherends is large, and has low gloss of a cured material.SOLUTION: Provided is an active energy ray-curable adhesive composition, comprising as curable components the following (A) to (C) components in a specific ratio and as components other than the curable components the following (D) and (E) components in a specific ratio, where the composition satisfies a specific viscosity and a specific TI value. Curable components: (A) component: urethane (meth)acrylate; (B) component: (meth)acryloyl morpholine; (C) component: a compound having one ethylenic unsaturated group other than the (A) and (B) components. Components other than curable compounds: (D) component: a photo radical polymerization initiator; (E) component: a thixotropic agent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
