To provide a forklift which can share transmission.SOLUTION: The forklift comprises: a power source 12; a transmission 16 which decelerates rotation outputted from the power source 12; and a drive axle 24-A which distributes rotation outputted from the transmission 16 to left and right wheels. The transmission 16 has a transmission input shaft 16p to which output rotation of the power source 12 is inputted, and a transmission output shaft 16s which outputs decelerated rotation. A shaft center of the transmission output shaft 16s is located at a position off-set from a shaft center of the transmission input shaft 16p, and can be connected to the power source 12 at at least two kinds of positions where the same is rotated around the shaft center of the transmission input shaft 16p.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
