A Chinese herbal medicine used in preparing the Chinese herbal medicine powder is one or more selected from the group consisting of menthol, borneol, oleic acid, linoleic acid, chrysanthemums, Polygonatum rhizomes, lily bulbs, tendrilleaf fritillary bulbs, and honeysuckles and platycodon roots. The atomizing agent is one or more selected from the group consisting of propylene glycol, oleic acid, linoleic acid and palmitic acid. A health-promotion method for a respiratory organ comprises heating the product to 200°C-400°C, and then causing generated mist to be inhaled directly into the respiratory organ through the oral cavity of a human body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
