To provide an antistatic surface protective film which hardly contaminates an adherend, does not degrade with the passage of time, and has excellent antistatic performance upon separation.SOLUTION: An acrylic polymer is composed of an acrylic polymer derived by copolymerizing (a1) 1-30 parts by weight of (meth)acrylic acid ester having a C1-C4 alkyl group, (a2) 70-99 parts by weight of (meth)acrylic acid ester having a C5-C18 alkyl group, and (B) 0.1-12 parts by weight of a copolymerizable monomer containing a hydroxyl group, and further contains (C) a di- or more-functional isocyanate compound, (D) a crosslink accelerator, and (E) a keto-nol tautomeric isomer compound, and is formed by pasting a release agent layer 4-laminated release film 5 to the surface of an adhesive layer 2 composed of an adhesive composition not containing an antistatic agent, the release agent layer 4 including a release agent composed mainly of dimethyl polysiloxane and an antistatic agent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
