To provide a foam paper laminate having a printing layer formed using aqueous ink, in which the printing layer is excellent in foam followability without hindering foaming of a thermoplastic resin layer during heat processing, and a surface of the printing layer is excellent in foaming appearance, wear resistance, heat resistance and ethanol resistance, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A foam paper laminate has foam paper sequentially having a thermoplastic resin layer (A), paper base material and a foam thermoplastic resin layer (B), and a printing layer formed on the surface of the foam thermoplastic resin layer (B) of the foam paper. The number of foamed cells is 1,000 pieces/1 cm2 or more per unit area of the foam thermoplastic resin layer (B), and the printing layer contains a binder resin containing a polyurethane resin and has a residual ratio of the printing layer after having been immersed in ethanol at 25°C for 30 minutes of 50 mass% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
