To provide a fluid vapor distillation system which increases efficiency and productive capacity and reduces electric costs necessary for system operation and a quantity of system maintenance that is needed.SOLUTION: A fluid vapor distillation system includes a control system for controlling a fluid vapor distillation apparatus which includes a discharge valve, a raw material flow rate controller controlling a raw material flow rate valve, and a discharge level sensor connected to a discharge controller and the raw material flow rate controller. The discharge level sensor transmits a signal related to a discharge level to the discharge controller and the raw material flow rate controller displaying the discharge level. The raw material flow rate controller drives the raw material flow rate valve on the basis of at least a discharge level sensor signal. The discharge controller drives the discharge valve on the basis of at least the discharge level sensor signal. The discharge level and the raw material flow rate level are held by using a discharge level sensor signal as an input.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 75
