To acquire a desired bioelectric signal, after a biological electrode is attached to a garment, even when the garment is wet due to sweat or the like.SOLUTION: A bio-electrode includes: a fitting member 1106 formed of a semipermeable membrane fixed to a surface of a garment 1100 in contact with a living body 1000; an electrode portion 1101a fixed to a surface of the fitting member 1106 in contact with the living body 1000; a connector 1102c fixed to the fitting member 1106 and electrically connected to the electrode portion 1101a; an insulating member 1105 formed of the semipermeable membrane for covering a portion, out of the surface of the connector 1102c, in contact with the living body 1000; and an insulating member 1107 formed of the semipermeable membrane for insulating between the connector 1102c and the garment 1100.
