To provide a vehicle power supply control device capable of ensuring sufficient restart performance after an idling stop.SOLUTION: A vehicle power supply control device comprises: a rotary electric machine (13) which generates electricity with power of an engine (11) and applies torque to a power shaft of the engine when restarting the engine after an idling stop; a high voltage electric storage device (14) which stores generated electricity and supplies the electricity to the rotary electric machine when restarting the engine; a low voltage electric storage device (19); a DC-DC converter (17) which steps down output voltage of the high voltage electric storage device; and a control unit (10). The control unit executes the idling stop while a vehicle is stopped or traveling at a certain speed in a manner that stops operation of the DC-DC converter when restarting the engine after the idling stop while the vehicle is stopped and continues the operation of the DC-DC converter when restarting the engine after the idling stop while the vehicle is traveling at a certain speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
