To provide a molten metal pouring device where a molten metal is poured through a sliding gate provided at the bottom part of a ladle, capable of preventing the diffusion of a discharge flow from the sliding gate.SOLUTION: In a sliding gate 1 at the bottom part of a ladle, a flow passage axial line inclination angle between a flow passage axial direction and a slide face vertical downstream direction of a flow passage hole 6 of respective plates 2 is 5° to 75°, slid face flow passage axial directions are different between the plates, and by a change in a clockwise direction or a counter clockwise direction as it goes to the downstream, a rotational flow of a molten metal flowed down from the sliding gate 1 is formed. Even if the sliding gate 1 is made into a throttled state, the diffusion of the flowed-down molten metal flow is prevented, and the sticking of a ground metal to an inner wall of a surrounding pipe 13 can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
