To provide a coil component in which peeling of a terminal electrode from a base part is suppressed, and assembly accuracy of the terminal electrode to the base part is improved.SOLUTION: A coil component is equipped with a base part 210 having a first surface 211 and a second surface 212 in contact a first virtual plane 201 and a second virtual plane 202 intersecting the first virtual plane, respectively, a circulation part formed of a conductor wound around the base part 210, a terminal electrode 220 composed of a first metal plate 224 attached to the first surface 211 of the base part 210, and having a first portion along the first surface 211 and a second portion folding for the first portion, and electrically connected with the circulation part, and an adhesive joint 260 for fixing the first portion (tabular part 221) of the terminal electrode 220 to the first surface of the base part 210.
