To provide a three-dimensional cultured epidermis model that allows epidermal cells alive to be observed real-time from multiple directions and the state of the epidermal cells to be more accurately evaluated.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provide a three-dimensional culture epidermis model in which cells or organelles of each layer constituting the epidermis are three-dimensionally visualized with a fluorescent substance. According to the present invention, there is also provided a method for producing three-dimensional cultured epidermis model, the method comprising the steps of staining keratinocytes with a fluorescent dye or introducing a fluorescent protein expression vector into the keratinocytes, and three-dimensionally culturing the obtained keratinocytes.SELECTED DRAWING: None
