According to the present invention, there is also provided a method for producing three-dimensional cultured epidermis model, the method comprising the steps of staining keratinocytes with a fluorescent dye or introducing a fluorescent protein expression vector into the keratinocytes, and three-dimensionally culturing the obtained keratinocytes.SELECTED DRAWING: None
