To secure high production stability in producing a laminate when bonding a multilayer film to a base cloth, and allow the production to be achieved with reduced effort and reduced cost.SOLUTION: A multilayer film is bonded to a base cloth for use, the multilayer film having an adhesive layer that will be the side bonded to the base cloth, and an airtight layer that is bonded to the adhesive layer. The adhesive layer and the airtight layer contain a thermoplastic polyester elastomer. The airtight layer has a melting point higher than that of the adhesive layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
