本発明のポリケトンで製造する製造方法によると、射出成形機を通じて上部カバー及び下部カバーを射出成形するカバー射出成形段階;前記カバー射出成形段階を通じて射出成形された上部カバーと下部カバーを上下部にそれぞれ配置して組み立てるカバー組み立て段階;及び前記カバー組み立て段階で組み立てられた上部カバーと下部カバーとが当接する接触面をレーザーで融着させるカバー融着段階;を含む。本発明の効果は、上下部カバーの2個の部品を同時に成形して取り出し、機械を通じて組み立てた後、直ぐ融着を行うことによって自動化が可能な構造であり、大量生産が可能なだけでなく、画期的な原価節減が可能であると同時に、別途の補強物がなくてもポリケトン原材料の剛性のみで必要な剛性を満足させることによって燃料タンクの軽量化が可能な、ポリケトンで製造された燃料タンク及びそれを製造する製造方法を提供することができる。【選択図】図1
