A disclosure provides a microwell capsule array device.
A microwell capsule array device, generally, it is possible to perform one or more sample preparation operations. Such sample preparation procedure can be used as a pretreatment of one or more analysis operations. For example, the apparatus of the present disclosure, in preparation for various analysis operations can be achieved with physical partitioning, a mixing individual with unique molecular identifiers and sample in a single unit within. The apparatus may be useful in a variety of applications, it in most notably, based sequencing nucleic acid, may be useful in the detection and quantification, as well as single cell analysis of gene expression.
