Method and system for evaluating electrocardiogram (ECG) signal quality is disclosed. In a first aspect, the method includes determining a kurtosis calculation of the ECG signal, kurtosis calculation, and determining whether it satisfies a first threshold value for evaluating the ECG signal quality continuously ,including.
