The present invention has the formula M k (L) x (Y ) kz-nx ( wherein the ligand L has the formula (I)) Metal complex compound, and a transition metal or main metal group of the 13 to 15 group metal complex compound containing at least one metal salt or reaction product of a complex with at least one 1,3-ketoamide elements related.
