PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-generating agent composition capable of maintaining stable ignition performance for a long term.SOLUTION: A gas-generating agent composition comprises: (a) a fuel selected from a triazine compound and a guanidine compound; (b) an oxidizing agent obtained by combining (b-1) a basic metal nitrate and (b-2) a basic metal carbonate; (c) a gas-generating agent containing a binder; and (d) an adsorbent. The gas-generating agent and the adsorbent may or may not be integrally molded.
