PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharging device that can be made compact while reducing a pressure loss.SOLUTION: A discharging device 1000 comprises: a low-potential side counter electrode 700 in which plural flat plate parts 731 aligned almost parallely and having a longitudinal and flat-plate shape, first connection parts 733R connecting ends of the flat plate parts 731 on each one side in a longitudinal direction, and second connection parts 733L connecting ends of the flat plate parts 731 on each other side are formed integrally on one conductive plate-like body; a high-potential side linear body discharge electrode 300 having a potential higher than that of the counter electrode 700 and arranged in the longitudinal direction between the flat plate parts 731, a lower frame 800 made of an insulation material supporting the counter electrode 700 below the counter electrode 700 and the discharge electrode 300; a right intermediate frame 500 covering a connection part 733 of the counter electrode 700 from above and made of the insulation material; and a left intermediate frame 600 covering the connection part 733 of the counter electrode 700 from above and made of the insulation material.
