PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm a measurement value, and to instantaneously grasp the change or fluctuation tendency of a measurement value.SOLUTION: In a measurement data display device for displaying a measurement value display screen including a measurement value display region in which values based on measurement data are shown with numbers, trend waveforms showing the temporal change of the values based on the measurement data are displayed so as to be superimposed with the numbers in the measurement value display region. The measurement value display region can be disposed for each channel. Also, a sequential relationship between the numbers with which the trend waveforms are superimposed and the trend waveforms may be selected.
