PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily handled tissue sample collection system that can reliably separate tissue samples and can be used as it is as a container in conveying samples.SOLUTION: A tissue sample collection system includes a collection device disposed in series between a collection tube and a suction tube, and the fluid communication between the collection tube and the suction tube is enabled through the collection device. The collection device is provided with a screen 110. This screen leads out any fluid accompanied by a tissue into the suction tube through the collection device, and holds a tissue sample led into the collection device by the suction tube and toward the suction tube. This system is also provided with one or a plurality of end caps for sealing the collection device.
