PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a catalyst composition for polyurethane resin production, which has high reactivity and is stable in a polyol premix containing water, while containing no harmful metal compound; and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A composition which contains an iron compound represented by the general formula (1) defined by Fe(L)and a tertiary amine compound represented by the general formula (3) is used as a catalyst for polyurethane resin production. In the formula (1), L represents a β-diketonato ligand; and n represents 2 or 3. In the formula (3), each of Rto Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1-10 carbon atoms; and Rrepresents an alkylene group having 1-10 carbon atoms.

要解决的问题：提供：聚氨酯树脂生产用催化剂组合物，其在不含有害金属化合物的情况下，在含水多元醇预混物中具有高反应性和稳定性; 及其制造方法。溶液：使用含有由Fe（L）定义的通式（1）表示的铁化合物和由通式（3）表示的叔胺化合物的组合物作为催化剂 聚氨酯树脂生产。 在式（1）中，L代表二 - 配体配体; 在式（3）中，Rto R表示氢原子或碳原子数1〜10的烷基， 并且R表示具有1-10个碳原子的亚烷基。
