Transmission assembly (10), receiving assembly (20), describes a radar system (100) comprising the control unit (30) and a signal processing unit (40). Transmission assembly (10) receives an input signal (31), and transmits the incident radar signal (2). Transmission assembly (10) includes a lens cavity (74), a plurality of beam ports (60), comprising a Rotman lens (12) having a plurality of array ports (62) and the patch antenna assembly (14). Lens cavity (74) is 10 microns to 120 microns, preferably have a lens gap 40 microns to 60 microns (h). Patch antenna assembly (14) receives a plurality of time delay phase signal from the Rotman lens (12), operable plurality of antenna arrays to transmit incident radar signal (2) towards the target (4) including the (130). Receiving assembly (20) receives the reflected radar signal (6), it generates an output signal. The signal processing unit (40) compares the output signal of the input signal (31), to implement the algorithm for determining range of the target (4), the velocity and position.
