PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid droplet generation module having a flow passage structure capable of forming more liquid droplet generation flow passages and of saving a space.SOLUTION: A liquid droplet generation module 1 includes a base member 2 and a flow passage structure 300. The flow passage structure 300 includes a plurality of liquid droplet generation flow passages 3. In each liquid droplet generation flow passage 3, a liquid dispersing phase material and a liquid continuous phase material are distributed, liquid droplets of the dispersing phase material are generated by shearing force of the continuous phase material, and discharge ports 112, 122 for discharging the generated liquid droplets are installed. Each liquid droplet generation flow passage 3 is formed in the base member 2 so that the direction of each of the discharge ports 112, 122 faces one point P. Since the direction of each discharge port of the plurality of liquid droplet generation flow passages 3 is concentrated on one point, spaces required for the discharge ports 112, 122 can be reduced compared to a case where the direction of each discharge port is dispersed.
