PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of sending blood flow rate that can control sending blood flow rate with favorable response characteristics without requiring a flowmeter and to provide an extracorporeal circulation apparatus.SOLUTION: A blood feeding flow rate-controlling device 2 for controlling sending blood flow rate of an extracorporeal circulation device 1 connected to a living body 10 includes: a rotation speed detection means 41 for detecting rotation speed of a centrifugal pump 40 in the extracorporeal circulation device 1; an inlet pressure detection means 81 and an outlet pressure detection means 82 for respectively detecting an inlet pressure and an outlet pressure of the centrifugal pump 40; a flow rate adjusting means 60 for adjusting a cross sectional area of a channel of a blood circulation circuit 20 to adjust the blood flow rate to be sent to the living body; and a control means 90 for controlling the flow rate adjustment means 60.
