PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that changes the size of an electronic cloud by a processing device without turning off or changing an acceleration voltage, particularly, a device that sterilizes an inner wall of a reducible container.SOLUTION: The device includes an electric charge carrier source which generates an electric charge carrier and an acceleration device which can accelerates the electric charge carrier in a direction to a carrier radiation window 4. The electric charge carrier radiation window 4 is arranged at a processing device 1 which can introduce the electric charge carrier in the container to act on the inner wall of the container, and the processing device 1 includes a medium line 7 having a medium radiation hole 12 for introduction in the container 2 through an opening. The processing device 1 includes at least one projection part 5 which projects in an insertion direction to the electric charge carrier radiation window 4, and is suitable to absorption of a disturbing radiation 8, the medium line 7 can pass a flow of the medium 9 that can agitate an electric charge carrier radiated at least from the electric charge carrier window 4 to an area through the medium radiation hole 12, and the medium 9 changes the size of an electric charge carrier cloud 6 formed by the radiated electric charge carrier.
