PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat panel display with high productivity at a low cost by forming an alignment mark having high accuracy and excellent visibility.SOLUTION: There is a provided a photosensitive paste for forming an alignment mark for recognizing a position of a substrate of a flat panel display, wherein the alignment mark is formed by a step of applying the photosensitive paste on the substrate, a step of drying the applied film to form a photosensitive film and a step of exposing the photosensitive film to form an alignment mark and the photosensitive film selects a volume ratio between a black pigment and glass frit in order to improve visibility according to a ratio between a particle dimeter of the black pigment and a particle diameter of the glass frit.
