PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrust rolling bearing with a double-row rolling element that suppresses a sliding contact by rotatably supporting the various rotary speed members respectively to decrease a loss of torque.SOLUTION: The thrust rolling bearing has: an inner diameter side rolling bearing 32 including a plurality of inner diameter side rollers 40 provided on the inner diameter side and an inner diameter side holder 42 which holds the inner diameter side roller 40; an outer diameter side rolling bearing 34 including a plurality of outer diameter side rollers 50 provided more on the outer diameter side than the inner diameter side holder 42 and an outer diameter side holder 52 which holds the outer diameter side roller 50; and a lace 60 including an inner diameter side track face 64 where the inner diameter side rollers 40 roll, an outer diameter side track face 65 where the outer diameter side rollers 50 roll, an inner diameter side rolling bearing 32, and a guide part 70 which separates the outer diameter side rolling bearing 34 in the radial direction. The lace 60 supports the inner diameter side rolling bearing 32 to be rotatable and the outer diameter side rolling bearing 34 respectively.
