PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insole which hardly generates a void between an upper part being a side in contact with a foot in a heel part of the insole and an inner surface of a heel side of a shoe and is easily inserted when the insole is put in the shoe afterward.SOLUTION: The insole 0101 includes a heel part rear end surface 0102 configured by a flat surface or a curved surface tilted in a range from 30 degrees to 70 degrees toward a toe from top to bottom.
