To provide imidazo [1,2-f] phenanthridine compound. This compound is a twisted aryl moiety, has a portion that is further substituted by alkyl having 4 or more atoms. This compound, in an organic light emitting device can be utilized particularly as light emitting dopant, results in a device having improved efficiency, stability, and productivity. In particular, the compounds described herein can be used in the blue element having high efficiency.
