PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid upsizing of a cover member when disposing a plurality of control oil supply passages, which are separately communicated with a plurality of hydraulic clutches, crossing them each other in an internal combustion engine, in which a plurality of hydraulic control valves separately corresponding to the hydraulic clutch are fitted to a cover member covering the plurality of hydraulic clutches and in which a cover side oil supply passage structuring a part of the plurality of control oil supply passages separately connecting between the plurality of hydraulic control valves and the plurality of hydraulic clutches is provided in the cover member.SOLUTION: A partitioning member 201 is interposed between the cover member and a valve housing for a plurality of hydraulic control valves. A plurality of control valve side oil supply passages 203b and 204b crossing each other are formed on both surface sides of the partitioning member 201.
