PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clear and beautiful printing technique which has no printing unevenness and also performs photo-printing, using a long resin relief printing plate.SOLUTION: The printer includes an endless belt-like printing plate 13 wound between a plate cylinder 18 of a printing cylinder 16 and a guide roller, and prints on a continuous form to be sent between the printing cylinder 16 and an impression cylinder, using the printing plate 13. In the plate cylinder 18, while a sending pin 43 is arranged in the array of an equivalent pitch along the peripheral direction of the cylinder in the axial direction both end parts, the sending pin 43 is guided into a fixed cam ring 52 and is freely movably arranged as to project from the surface of the cylinder in a required region of the plate cylinder 18. A pin sending hole is arranged in the array in the endless belt-like printing plate 13, and both ends of the long resin relief printing plate are adhered with an adhesive tape from the side of a plate surface in an alternately engaging butting state. The pin sending hole is engaged with the sending pin 43 of the plate cylinder 18 to guide a plate sending.
