PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor composition with uniform characteristics that can exhibit high carrier transportability.SOLUTION: An organic semiconductor composition comprises a low-molecular compound and a high-molecular compound with carrier transportability. The low-molecular compound has a structure represented by the formula (1), and the content proportion of the low-molecular compound with respect to a total 100 pt.mass of the high-molecular compound and the low-molecular compound is 5-95 pt.mass. In the formula, E represents a sulfur atom or a selenium atom, and three Es may be either the same or different. The aromatic ring in the formula may have a substituent.
