PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel 6-cyclylmethyl-and 6-alkylmethyl-substituted pyrazolopyrimidines and a process for preparing the 6-cyclylmethyl-and 6-alkylmethyl-substituted pyrazolopyrimidines, and to provide the use of them for producing a medicine for improving perception, concentration, learning and/or memory.SOLUTION: The compound of formula (I) is provided. The compound of the formula (I) exhibits a valuable rage of pharmacological and pharmacokinetic effects which cannot be anticipated, and is especially excellent in PDE9A inhibition properties. Consequently, the compound of the formula (I) is suitable for use as a medicine for treatment and/or prevention of disease in a human being and an animal, and is suitable for producing the medicine for improving perception, concentration, learning or memory.
