PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system, an information processing program, an information processor and an information processing method capable of connecting to other information processor and shifting to communication processing during the execution of an application.SOLUTION: An information processor obtains user's operation information, and processes an application on the basis of the operation information. While the application is being processed, the information processor uses a radio communication function to repeatedly retrieve other unspecified information processors, and further connects to the thus retrieved other information processor. The information processor executes a communication application with the connected other information processor on the basis of the operation information and other information processor's operation information.
