PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic radiation detection device.SOLUTION: The electromagnetic radiation detection device includes a plurality of basic detectors (32, 320) arranged in one or more sub-assemblies (300). Each sub-assembly includes the plurality of basic detectors (32, 320). The respective basic detectors (32, 320) are connected to an impedance matching device (33) through interconnection parts (32.1, 320.1). The impedance matching device (33) is used in common for all the basic detectors (32, 320) in the single sub-assembly (300). In each sub-assembly (300), the interconnection parts (32.1, 320.1) have almost the same resistance value.
