PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt taking-out device for easily installing a seat belt by moving the seat belt to the front of a seat back part, when an occupant is seated.
SOLUTION: This seat belt taking-out device includes an arm 27 having a belt guide 32 on one end and rotatable between a storage position P1 and a projection position P2, an energizing means 28 for energizing the arm toward the storage position, and a rotatable engaging member 41 engaging with/disengaging from an engaging wall 43 arranged in the arm, and includes a driving means 42 for rotating the arm to the projection position by engaging with the engaging wall by rotating the engaging member in one direction and releasing engagement with the engaging wall by further rotating the engaging member in one direction.
