PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water base binder with solute components optimum for a powder material for molding a mold and a core moldable by an inkjet type powder lamination RP molding device, and having high heat resistance to cast high melting point metal such as cast iron.
SOLUTION: For obtaining a molded body of high quality with a highly heat resistant powder material obtained by blending fast curing cement into silica sand, olivine sand, artificial sand or the like, an aqueous solution is provided. The aqueous solution mainly contains suitable amounts of viscous conditioner and surfactant for conditioning the infiltration and diffusion properties after being jetted to the powder material.
