PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high strength cement-based hardened body small in autogeneous shrinkage. SOLUTION: The high strength cement-based hardened body is a hardened body of a cement composition containing an autogeneous shrinkage reducing agent for cement which comprises an oxyalkylene compound expressed by general formula (1), cement, a water reducing agent, aggregate, a fiber and water and has ≥60 N/mm 2 compressive strength. General formula (1) is RO-[(EO) m /(PO) n ]-H [in the formula, R expresses an 8C-14C akyl group, EO expresses an oxypropylene group, [(EO)m/(PO)n] expresses the independent addition of ethylene oxide or propylene oxide, or block or random addition wherein the order of the block addition is without regard in combination use as the whole, (m) expresses the average number of addition moles of ethylene oxide and is 0-10, (n) expresses the average number of addition moles of propylene oxide and is 0-5 and the total number of (m) and (n) is 1-10].
