PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burned shell calcium powder which does not cause the precipitation of the particles in an aqueous solution, has virucidal and antivirus effects as well as strong bactericidal and antimicrobial effects, and is easy to handle.
SOLUTION: The burned shell calcium powder is obtained by burning and pulverizing bivalve shells and has a particle size of 0.3-5.0 μm. The burned shell calcium aqueous solution contains the emulsified burned shell calcium powder at saturation and has an alkalinity of ≥12.0 pH and is sprayed in dry mist.
