本発明は、αガラクトシルセラミド誘導体、その薬学的に許容可能な塩、その製造方法及びそれを有効成分として含む免疫補助用薬学的組成物に関するものである。 本発明のα−ＧａｌＣｅｒアミド部分を生物学的等価性を有したトリアゾールに変更した化合物の場合、サイトカインＩＬ−４とＩＦＮ−γの中で一方に分泌を誘導することで、ＩＬ−４によって調節される第１型糖尿病と多発性硬化症のような自己免疫疾患の有用な治療剤として使用することができる。

The present invention, alpha-galactosyl ceramide derivatives, pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, a method for producing the same and immune auxiliary pharmaceutical composition comprising the same as an active ingredient. For compounds with alpha-GalCer amide moiety was changed to the triazole having the biological equivalence of the present invention, to induce the secretion on one among the cytokines IL-4 and IFN-gamma, regulated by IL-4 it can be used as a useful therapeutic agent for autoimmune diseases such as the type 1 diabetes and multiple sclerosis to be.
