PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening device with a fastening confirmation device that can visually determine the completion of fastening.
SOLUTION: In the fastening device, a clearance is established among the outer surface of a second rachet base body in a rotating member 12, the outer surface of an intermediate section 12C, and the inner surface of a bent end w1 in a case 16, a second elastic member is disposed in the clearance and is energized so as to widen the clearance in the direction of a screw axis after fastening, and the distance between the upper end of a fastening section in the rotating member and the upper end of the case after fastening becomes smaller than that before fastening. In the fastening device, the execution confirmation device is provided with a central hole, a body section 31, and a claw section 32t, the central hole is disposed around the rotating member, the body section is disposed on the outer surface of the case on the fastening section side of the rotating member, and the claw section is engaged with a recess M1 of the rotating member. The execution confirmation device 30 is configured such that the claw section of the execution confirmation device is engaged with a recess of the rotating member before fastening, and the claw section of the execution device is disengaged from the recess of the rotating member after fastening.
