PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon fiber heating element generating a high heat and having a high tensile strength allowing bending and tension. SOLUTION: The carbon fiber heating element is equipped with: a heating fiber having at least one carbon fiber 111 and at least one glass fiber 112 interweaved together at a predetermined ratio; a connection terminal 113 provided to both ends of the heating fiber to apply electricity from an electric supply line; and a coating means 115 coating the surfaces of the heating fiber and the connection terminal.
