SOLUTION: A calculating part of correction ratio adjusting coefficient 3 calculates distances Rdiff, Bdiff between reference levels Rw, Bw held in a reference level holding part 1 and R components, B components, respectively, and calculates a correction ratio adjusting coefficient Modify from the distances Rdiff, Bdiff, and a correction ratio adjusting part 4 multiplies the correction ratio Ratio calculated by the correction ratio calculating part 2 by the correction ratio adjusting coefficient Modify calculated by the calculating part of correction ratio adjusting coefficient 3.
