PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens film capable of improving the luminance and capable of regulating a haze value, while eliminating Newton's rings, while enhancing the soft cut-off properties, and capable of obtaining the effect of reducing defects on appearance. SOLUTION: The lens film whose one face is set to be a first face and the face opposing the first face is set to be a second face, is a uniform diffusion lens film which is multiply laminated with a light diffusion layer 1 exposed to the first face, and is formed with random irregular shapes having nonuniform heights and sizes; and a lens array layer 3 exposed to a second face side and comprising a plurality of lens structures which is formed continuously on an exposed face. The random irregular shapes of the light diffusion layer 1 are provided adjacent on four sides, nonuniformly with protrusions 10, having a random size and a substantially spherical shape by surface working, at application.
