PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that troublesome work for confirming even a distribution panel connected to a different-phase power line is required in order to specify a different-phase outlet in a PLC bridge device whose power plug is inserted into the outlet connected to the power line in anti-phase relation.
SOLUTION: One of power plugs of the PLC bridge device is used as a power plug of 200V between two voltage lines in different-phase (opposite phases), the other of the power plugs is used as a power plug of 100V to be inserted into a normal commercial power source outlet connected between one voltage line and a neutral line, and the power plugs of 200V and 100V are connected to a coupling transformer via a high pass capacitor to facilitate improvement of transmission performance of a power line conveyance signal between a plurality of PLC devices to be connected to the power lines in anti-phase relation.
