Process for forming at least a portion of the plastic hollow components is disclosed, during this process, the portion in a mold provided with a core and a cavity, between the core and cavity of it is made by molding in a sky play, thus molded part will not also have a dividing line on the intended surface thereof to be contacted with the seal. Method for fixing such components around the opening in the fuel tank is also disclosed.
