PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder slurry composition uniformly mixing a fluorine lubricant with a lubricant such as a hydrocarbon oil and a silicone oil without reducing water and oil repellency which are characteristics of the fluorine lubricant.
SOLUTION: The powder slurry composition comprises the following components (D), (E) and (F), wherein the component (D) is the fluorine lubricant of 20 to 90 wt.%, the component (E) is the lubricant of 1 to 25 wt.% immiscible with the components (D) and the component (F) is a powder of 10 to 75 wt.% in which a powder the surface tension of which is less than 20 mN/m is subjected to water repellent lipophilic treatment, and has an inflection point in a strain width of 1 to 100% in strain dependence measurement of dynamic viscoelasticity.
