PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality verification method of an underwater weld section for verifying the quality of a water sealability of the weld section in an underwater welding work, reducing a construction schedule and a construction cost, and improving the reliability of the water sealability. SOLUTION: The underwater welding is implemented by moving a heating coil section 17 from an end on the U-shaped back side of a metal body 13 to an opposite end on the opened side between two water sealing sheets 10, 11 at a low speed. While the underwater welding is implemented, an impedance of an electrical circuit between first and second electrodes 50a, 51a is measured.
