PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the longitudinal balance of a fertilizing machine for a paddy field to scatter a fertilizer while traveling on an extremely soft field such as paddy rice field and lotus root field and reduce the adverse effect on the environment caused by the flow-out of the fertilizer to the surrounding area of the field.
SOLUTION: Fertilizing nozzles 8a-8d capable of changing the posture between a fertilizing position A to be thrust in the soil of the field and a housed position B lifted above the field surface are placed at the back of a driver's seat 3 connected to a traveling body 2 having a traveling part 1, and the fertilizing depth of the fertilizing nozzles 8a-8d at the fertilizing position A is made to be changeable in multiple stages.
